Global Infrastructure Consultant has broad experience of what needs to be done to improve the technical, economic and environmental performance of power systems. We are currently working on, or have recently completed, assignments in the following work areas: Power Systems Planning - studies and planning leading to the least cost development of national and regional power system performance improvements, including carbon reduction programmes.

Corporatisation – creating financially self-sustaining, commercially focussed corporate entities from state owned power sector assets.

Performance Improvement - benchmarking performance, identifying opportunities and supporting the delivery of improvements in technical efficiency, customer service and cost reduction.

Contract Management - support in plant, equipment and service level specification, tender preparation and evaluation, procurement and project management.
